The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies announced that it is introducing a new risk management information system, called ClaimView, that offers insureds and producers "real-time" access to claim adjuster notes via the Internet.

Available to risk managers at no charge ClaimView allows them to:

* Learn the current status of a claim

* Read the claim adjuster's file notations

* Identify outstanding claim issues

* Review financial information such as current reserve and amount paid.

The product support provided by Chubb is equally important to ClaimView customers. Chubb's risk management system product support specialists can be accessed over the Internet and through a toll-free hotline.
