As a result, CIA continues to perform well and, with offices in Dallas; Glendale, California; and Russellville, Missouri, we are dedicated to fast turn-around service.

In discussing CIA’s relationship with the Target Markets Program Administrators Association, Peter Costanza cites the benefits his agency derives from its membership in the organization. “My connection with Target Markets started in 2003,” he said. “I feel that it’s very important to have access to other niche market specialists. I want to stay in contact with program administrators and underwriters throughout the nation. The insurance marketplace has clearly leveled off in terms of pricing, and we know that carriers’ appetites for niche market business are increasing.
