Glatfelter’s Rural Special Districts Insurance Services program (RSDIS) provides customized property and liability insurance coverage for firms that treat, distribute, or store water. When insuring water, sewer, irrigation and conservation districts, nearly 500 agents throughout the United States rely on the experience that has made Glatfelter the industry leader in this arena.

Another program managed by Glatfelter is Hospice and Community Care Insurance Services, which offers specialized insurance coverages to meet the unique exposures associated with hospice, home health, and various other community care organizations.

In the Nonprofit Emergency Service Organizations program, both volunteer and paid emergency responders regularly “go the extra mile” to help others. To address this market, the VFIS program—Glatfelter’s most well known select market segment—was established in 1969 and is among the world’s leading insurance providers for not-for-profit fire and EMS organizations. VFIS also provides education and training programs for emergency responders, including seminars and printed materials. The goal of VFIS is to protect those men and women who are dedicated to protecting the lives and properties of others.

Through its Insurancenter division, Glatfelter Insurance Group is an industry leader in supplying insurance for self-serve and exterior car wash businesses.

And with its Public Risk Insurance Made Easy (PRIME) program, Glatfelter has expanded its product offerings to deliver integrated property and liability coverages for small to mid-sized municipalities, including public officials and law enforcement activity liability.
