From November to December 2009, LMCA worked with a leading market research firm
who conducted phone interviews with a random sampling of 25 Target Markets
program administrator (PA) members.

industry demonstrates their enthusiasm for what they do. The participants were
forthcoming and we used those responses to help us determine our approach to
