The Programs Division of Brown & Brown of California, Inc., has been a leading national program administrator and niche wholesaler for over 40 years, specializing in professional liability and multi-line property and casualty insurance programs. We are currently transitioning to our new name to differentiate ourselves as a stand-alone underwriting facility separate from CalSurance’s retail operation.

We are part of the National Programs Division of Brown & Brown, Inc., which manages or administers over 50 different national programs, with the ability to provide a broad spectrum of insurance products and services to clients.

• Real Estate E&O for residential real estate agencies
• Small Broker Dealer E&O for broker dealers with less than 100 registered representatives
• Life And Health Insurance Agents E&O for agencies with a revenue of over 60% in life and health sales
• Wholesale Life Brokerage Agencies E&O program for life brokerage managing general agents
• Benefit Administrators And Consultants E&O for third party administrators, benefit administrators and benefit consultants
