In partnership with its carrier, Great American Insurance, LiquorPak has gained extensive experience in underwriting, claims and loss prevention. “This has provided us with tremendous knowledge and insight into the daily operations and exposures presented by this specialized class of business,” states Chasin. “We’ve been able to use this knowledge to further develop our coverages and services in order to strengthen our program.”

A passion about wine and the winemaking process led to the development of this program administrator’s newest brand, WineryPak. “It happens that over the last decade, Great American has developed extensive experience insuring wineries on the west coast in California and Washington.” WineryPak has been able to leverage this experience with its passion and focus on the wine industry, and is proud to announce the introduction of the WineryPak insurance programs.

“We have spent a great deal of time and effort to put together a comprehensive program providing wineries with the coverages they need at premiums that make sense,” explains Chasin. Early successes have already been documented as the WineryPak “brand” is beginning to roll out beyond the east coast to many other wine producing states, including Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan and others.

“Our ability to accommodate the wide variety of exposures that may exist at wineries today has given our agents a competitive advantage right from the start. We can include restaurant, hotel, special event and banquet functions, in addition to the typical exposures presented by winery operations.” It seems that the combination of specialized coverages and limited focus has once again provided a good foundation for success.
